Michael Bongiorno is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed numerous large-scale real estate transactions and established himself as an expert in major debt restructuring, purchase order (PO) financing, and invoice financing. Michael played a key role in launching a private lending firm based in Miami, further cementing his presence in the alternative finance space. In addition to his lending and finance work, he owns a substantial commercial real estate portfolio that houses several multinational franchise brick-and-mortar locations across the north eastern United States.

Shawn Sabanayagam is a former Bain & Company consultant and is a seasoned private equity partner and CEO. He founded the PE firm Trident Partners and served as the Chairman and CEO of TSI Holdings, a Trident Partners portfolio company, for over 16 years. More recently, he architected and completed the acquisition of Resolve Tech Solutions (RTS), a technology services company focused on Federal, regulated and commercial sectors. As the company’s CEO, he grew the company’s revenues from $79M to $144M in less than 24 months and held Top Secret clearance from the US Federal government. Shawn is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Virginia and prior to his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, he worked at Parsons Corporation, a leading engineering design firm and defense contractor. Shawn is also the founder and Managing Partner of Nirvana Energy.
